OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The Embassy of Malaysia in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia would like to invite qualified construction companies (registered in Serbia) to take part in the refurbishment of the Embassy of Malaysia building in the Republic of Serbia in the second half of the year 2024.

In order to qualify for the next Tender process, aspire construction companies may provide the following documents to the email mwbelgrade@kln.gov.my, plus the hard copy to the office of the Embassy of Malaysia, Krajiska 2, 11040 no later than 3.00 pm, 13 May 2024 (Monday).

The following documents are as follows:

i. Company Profile;

ii. Company’s Financial Statement for five (5) years from 1 January 2019

until 31 December 2023;

iii. Company Registration;

iv. Board of Directors; and,

v. Auditors Report from 1 January 2019 until 31 December 2023.

The Embassy reserve the rights of the said documents and qualified construction company will be notify accordingly for the Tender process.
