1. Purchasing Conditions
The competitive negotiation procurement of pipe and culvert construction labor subcontracting for the Danube Corridor Project has been approved and implemented by the China Shandong International Economic & Technical Cooperation Group Ltd. ogranak Beograd, and project funds have been secured. The project has met the procurement conditions and is now being procured through open competitive negotiation.

2. Project Overview and Procurement Content
2.1 Project Overview: The Danube Corridor Expressway in Serbia is approximately 68 kilometers long, with four lanes in both directions and a designed speed of 100 km/h. It is an important branch of the E75 expressway in Europe.
2.2 Procurement Content: Labor construction for all pipe culverts in LOT2 and LOT3 sections and box culverts in LOT2, including foundation pit excavation, concrete pouring of cushion and pipe culvert protective layer, downpipe and concrete pouring, waterproof asphalt painting, etc.;
The proposed project duration is 150 days;

3. Qualification requirements
3.1 This procurement requires the bidder to have:
3.1.1 The independent legal person status and possess valid certificates such as legal and valid corporate business license or legal representative certificate;
3.1.2 Minimum performance requirements: In the past three years (from January 1, 2020 to the procurement deadline, subject to the contract signing time), have at least three civil construction project performance;
3.1.3 Reputation requirements
1) The good reputation and have not been ordered to suspend business, have its finances taken over, frozen, or become bankrupt;
2) It is not involved in ongoing litigation cases, or although it is involved in ongoing litigation cases, the review committee determines that it will not affect the undertaking of this project;
3) In the past three years, it has not breached any contract or been sued, or any contract has been terminated due to the supplier"s own reasons.
3.2 Consortium is not accepted for this procurement.
3.3 If the person in charge of the company is the same person or different companies with holding or management relationships, they are not allowed to take part in the procurement at the same time, otherwise they will be treated as invalid.

4. Obtain negotiation documents
Bidders who meet the qualification requirements shall send the electronic version of the valid registration documents to the email contractpogo@gmail.com or submit the copy of the documents form from 9:00 on Jan 11, 2024 to 17:00 on Jan 13, 2024 to the Danube project camp in Pozarevac, Serbia. After review, the negotiation documents will be supplied in electronic form.

5. Submission of Quotation Documents
The bidder shall submit the paper version of the Quotation Documents. The deadline for submission (the quotation deadline, the same below) is 10:00 on Jan 18, 2024. The submission location of the paper version of the Quotation Documents is the Danube project camp in Pozarevac. Quotation Documents that are delivered late or have not been delivered to the designated location will not be accepted.
