Eureka bar becomes the owner of Genex tower by paying RSD 2.4 billion

The company Eureka bar, which won the public tender for the purchase of the Genex tower, paid RSD 2.4 billion based on the purchase agreement with the Agency for Licensing Bankruptcy Administrators (ALSU), Nova.rs reports today.

By doing this, the company has fulfilled all the conditions to become the owner of the office space in Genex tower. The money was deposited yesterday, just before the deadline expired. Had Eureka bar failed to pay the money, they would have lost the right to deposit return of RSD 834.68 million, an amount the company had to provide in order to participate in the public tender for the tower.

The office part of the Genex tower consists of 28 separate sections with an area of 14,943 square meters, office space from the 27th to the 37th floor with an area of 1,450.39 square meters, as well as mixed office-garage space with an area of 9,023 square meters and ten garages of 6,445 square meters.
