Water attraction in Sunny Hill - aqua park in Vrnjačka Banja to be ready for guests in July

Vrnjačka Banja will offer another tourist attraction to its guests this season. According to the plan, the aqua park in settlement Sunny Hill should be opened already in early July. In completely natural ambient, surrounded by forest, this aqua park will comprise four swimming pools, six toboggans, cafe bar, sun bathing area, locker rooms and other details that are characteristic for this type of entertainment, all that within the Sunny Hill complex.

The project was elaborated by a Turkish company that is going to deliver the equipment and build the park based on turn-key system.

- The complex will include a swimming pool for non-swimmers, a pool for kids between 7 and 14 years old, and two more pools for swimmers. Two of six toboggans will be extreme - Nikica Pantović, the CEO of company Sunny Hill, explained to eKapija.

The preparation works on the construction have started and they are being carried out by the companies from Vrnjačka Banja, while the later works will be carried out the Turkish contractor. The plan is that the aqua park receives the first guests already in early July.

According to Pantović, the aqua park is big enough for 300 to 400 people, while the priority will be given to the guests of the Sunny Hill complex.

Sunny Hill Spa Resort with 90 beds, opened in late 2007, comprises luxury two-bed, three-bed and four-bed suites, modern spa center with sauna-park, whirlpool, massage center and other modern spa contents. The central position of the complex is occupied by an outdoor swimming pool.

Additional fun contents and the hotel balcony with an unforgettable view of the valley of the Morava and forested mountain Goč make this complex even more interesting to the tourists.

Pantović points out that they decided for the new investment in order to offer additional contents to their guests and the visitors of Vrnjačka Banja.

- The spa resort has only one outdoor swimming pool, which is owned by the city and usually full of people. I think that our tourist place needs more attractions during the summer - he says.

Depending on the results achieved by the first aqua park in Vrnjačka Banja, Sunny Hill will consider the possibility of new investments.

Since it owns a large surface of free land within the complex, Sunny Hill is thinking about having a "water city" built, which would comprise a big aqua park with the biggest toboggan in this part of Europe and a housing project with luxury villas.
