Sale of apartments started in Novi Sad's "Park City" - "Vondel Capital" opened "show-room"

Dutch company "Vondel Capital" has opened the first "show-room" in the building next to the building site of "Park City", which will make it possible for the interested potential buyers to check the quality of equipment and to see selection of the materials used in the future apartments in this exclusive complex in Liman 3. Apartments and business premises will be equipped with the products of renowned manufacturers.

"Park City" is the largest facility that is currently under construction in Vojvodina. It will be built at 65,000 square meters and it will include about 250 apartments and suites, office space and underground garage with 400 parking places. So far, about 30% of apartments have been sold, including the two largest ones - one at 400 and one at 300 square meters. It is expected that the works will be completed in autumn 2009.
