Russian "Rusal" wishes to rent Steam Power Plant Kosovo B and build two new units
Russian company "Rusal", which will soon become majority owner of Aluminum Combine Podgorica (KAP), is getting closer to the signing of the agreement with authorities of Kosovo on long-term rental of Steam Power Plant Kosovo B. Podgorica-based "Republika" writes that the Russians are willing to have another two new units built in Steam Power Plant Kosovo B, and, in that way, solve the power supply problem of KAP after 2009 when it will not be able to buy electricity at privileged purchasing price in Montenegro.
