Directly from Beijing to New Belgrade - Days of Chinese Cuisine at Hyatt Regency hotel

Regardless of whether you prefer salty or sweet dishes, sour or hot meals, or a combination of all that, cooks at Hyatt hotel always do their best to satisfy your desires. Last night, the Days of Chinese Cuisine began at this elite hotel in New Belgrade.

"Made in China - Days of Chinese Cuisine" at Hyatt Regency hotel will last through October 22nd. Until then, guests will be able to enjoy Chinese specialties every night from 7 PM (buffet) and at the lunch time (a la carte) at Metropolitan Gril restaurant.

This culinary promotion dubbed "Made in China" has been named after the namesake renowned restaurant within Grand Hyatt Beijing hotel, where famous chef Kent Jin Qiang and his assistant Robin Luo work. These two are now guests at Hyatt Regency hotel in Belgrade, where they are showing their cooking skills by preparing traditional Chinese specialties together with the local culinary team.

Fish fillets with mushrooms and Jin Hua ham, beef steak with asparagus and chilli – prepared in the traditional Chinese cooking vessel wok, shrimps with the glaze of honey, chilli and ginger are only few of the specialties that will be on the restaurant's menu during the promotion of the Chinese cuisine at Hyatt.

Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy exotic desserts with unusual combinations of flavors: spring rolls filled with chocolate and banana in the apricot sauce, walnut and peanut butter cookies with lemon ice cream, mango pudding...
