Serbian shooter, Ivana Maksimovic, wins silver at London Olympics - Serbia's 100th Olympic medal

On Saturday,August 4, 2012, the Serbian national team player in shooting,Ivana Maksimovic, won the Olympic silver medal in women`s 50 m Rifle 3 Positions.

This is Serbia`s 100th Olympic medal.

Maksimovic won the medal with a score of 687.5. These Olympic Games in London are the first in her career.

The gold medal went to American Jamie Lynn Gray, who scored 691.9, while Czech Adela Sykorova took the bronze with 683.

This is the second medal for Serbia at the London games. The first was also won by a shooter, Andrija Zlatic, in men`s 10 m Air Pistol.
