Delta Holding: The verdict confirmed what was known, Miroslav Miskovic worked according to the law

The final acquittal by the Court of Appeals in Belgrade confirmed what we knew and claimed for the past 10 years: that the business of Delta Holding founder Miroslav Miskovic is completely legal and in accordance with current regulations - the company said in a statement.

As they add, such a verdict represents "great satisfaction for the chairman of Delta, as the leading businessman in the region, but also for all employees of the company" - It put an end once and for all to the attempts to challenge the amazing business career spanning almost half a century, to endanger the entire Miskovic family and the business of a company that employs over 4,000 people - they point out.

They also state that the verdict cannot remove "neither the bitter taste nor the objective consequences of the almost decade-long campaign to which the leading domestic entrepreneur and Delta Holding, as one of the largest and most successful companies in the region, have been exposed".

- Without the burden of an unfair media campaign and indictment for serious crimes, Miroslav Miskovic is fully committed to the strategic management of Delta Holding from the position of Chairman of the Management Board.

With this statement, Miroslav Miskovic, the entire Miskovic family and Delta Holding put an end to the lawsuit that lasted from December 2012 until today. We ask the media and the general public to understand that there will be no further statements on this topic - the company concludes.
