Building land in Valjevo and on Divcibare up for sale

The Commission for Building Land in Valjevo has placed an ad soliciting written bids for the purpose of the alienation of undeveloped building land in the city, on Divcibare and in the village of Kozlicic.

The three parcels in Valjevo are located in the business zone and can be used for the construction of business and production facilities, whereas the two parcels on Divcibare are located in the zone whose primary purpose is tourist accommodation – mansions, apartments and boarding houses.

According to the spatial plan of Valjevo, the parcel in Kozlicic allows for the construction of residential and office facilities.

All the building land is partially equipped with utilities.

The bid submission deadline is 30 days from the opening of the call, and the bids will be opened on June 11, 2019.
