Government of Serbia adopted plan for NIP and several draft laws
The Government of Serbia has adopted the Decision about
allotment of 20.5 billion RSD for the projects of the National Investment Plan.
The statement of the Government of Serbia confirms earlier unofficial
information that the former Director of the Directorate for Strategy and Investments
in “Electric Power Company of Serbia”, Dragomir Marković, has been appointed as
the Director of that public company.
The Government of Serbia has also adopted draft changes and supplements to the
Law on foreign affairs, Draft Law on protection from noise and the Draft Law on
development fund of Serbia, and it has also passed the Regulations governing
terms and methods of internationalization of business organizations.
The Government has also issued the Regulations governing the use of stimulus
funds for support to rural development through investments and expansion and
improvement of economic activities of rural population in 2009, as well as
changes in the Regulations governing regressing of semi-finished materials for
truck farming and vegetable growing production in 2009.
Serbian Government has also made the Decision about determination of the programme of active employment policy in Serbia in 2009.
