Belgrade, Construction of "Fast-park" in vicinity of Chinese trade center in Block 70 to yield 171 parking places
Insufficient number of parking places in Block 70, in Novi Beograd, will be compensated for with the construction of prefabricated facility called "Fast park". Planned location for installation of this facility is in the vicinity of Chinese Trade Center in Novi Beograd. The investor is Enjub.
After construction of "Fast park" facility, the number of parking places on the ground level will be 82 and 80 on the upper level, which makes total of 171 parking places. Installation takes 35 working days. However, the ground level of the parking can be put in operation after only 10 days, i.e. what it takes to install it and set it in concrete.
"Parking servis" designed the analysis of the current condition not only of Block 70, but also of Block 61, 62, 63 and 64. Overall results show that these locations have shortage of 3,500 parking places.
