There is no agreement on sale of Rovinj-based TDR

"Adris Group" neglected statements in some Croatian media that it agreed sale of tobacco plant from Rovinj, TDR with "British American Tobacco "- BAT.

- It is true that TDR management, in line with the assembly decision dated January 20 this year, is looking for the most favorable solution for long-term sustainability of TDR, including sales – Adris Group said and "Jutarnji list" reports.

In the announcement of "Adris" , it was communicated that final decision on potential sale must be made by the shareholder assembly.

Yesterday, Tportal, quoting "reliable sources", announced "very definite scenario" of sale of TDR to BAT, which would keep production for at least five years and according to the analysis of the investment company, Intercapital, takeover of TDR could total between EUR 223,7 to 355,3 m.
